Membership with Hillbilly Pets is limited to organizations that are NOT operating
for the purpose of making a profit (no breeders) and who agree to the following
points below.
Members must fill out the "sign up" form and forward HillBilly
Pets the following paperwork at the time of registration:
If you are a municipal shelter/animal control facility: No official paperwork
is needed.
If you are a 501(c)3 or state tax-exempt non-profit organization: Please send
a copy of the first page of your determination letter, state tax certificate,
or Canadian charitable status.
If you are an organization without official non-profit status: Please send a
copy of your adoption contract AND a letter of reference confirming that you
do animal rescue from your primary veterinarian on his or her letterhead.
